About our program

Since 2015 we have offered coffee fundraisers, a program through which we’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of organizations from across Nova Scotia, assisting them with their fundraising goals. 

Now, we are pleased to introduce our fresh artisan donut and bagels fundraisers! You can select one, two, or all three fundraisers! We highly recommend running them simultaneously!

Your success is in your hands! Our brand is well-known for high-quality, fresh products. Your customers just need to hear your fundraising goals, what you’re raising money for, and have our catalogue in their hands to place an order with you! You keep 30% from donut and bagel orders and 25% from coffee & syrup orders.

Here are a few steps to follow

Step 1 - Get in touch with us
Step 2: Set a date!
Set a starting date so we know when to expect to receive your orders!
Step 3: Set a goal! 
Set your goal! Divide your goal by the number of volunteers in your team! Many hands make light work. 
Step 4: 
Advertise! Promote it on social media and take advantage of the provided promotional tools! Contact your friends, family, co-worker and anyone who would love some coffee, donuts and bagels! Take a week or two. The momentum builds over the first week! The second week allows you to do a second reminder for those who maybe see it but maybe did not put in an order yet!

Step 5:
Ask your volunteers to gather their sheets. For your peace of mind, ask everyone to double check all their notes and orders before submitting them to you! 
Step 6:
Send us your master orders! We will process your payment and get working! Please allow for up to two weeks. You keep 30% from donut and bagel orders and 25% from coffee & syrups. 
Step 7: 
Collect your orders! Your orders can be collected at any of our pick-up locations. Please hang tight until we can schedule a pickup date with you. For the freshness of bagels and donuts, your “distribution date” should be the same date! We are known for fresh donuts and bagels, and we want everyone who’s receiving an order to experience the same quality.
